Our furniture is a fine collection of rare wagon wheels and authentic antique farm implements, put together with
amazing craftsmanship, select Douglas Fir, and a durable weather resistant gloss finish. We use PPG automotive paint to withstand the elements, so your furniture will last. If you are
looking for something truly unique, you have finally found it in the form of fine frontier furniture made exclusively by Pioneer Iron. We are a third generation, family owned and run business.
You'll find us hard at work, here in the Salmon River Canyon, in Riggins, Idaho.
"This buggy seat was part of the original hack that my
Grandparents came to Idaho in, back in 1903.
I love the way Travis preserved it so it can now be enjoyed by the guests at our fishing lodge."

Each piece of furniture we make includes an official Certificate of Authenticity. This
certificate describes each implement and it's use in the field. It assures that every piece is an authentic part of history, a true antique. These implements are becoming very hard to get
a hold of. We spend many enjoyable hours visiting old farms and ranches, and "talking shop" with farmers, that many times, cultivated the fields themselves. We bring the history home and
create one-of- a- kind furniture to be enjoyed by you and yours.

Our unique furniture compliments a variety of themes and settings including wilderness, wildlife, and western
living. No ranch, log home, Santa Fe home, or country wedding is complete without the touch of Pioneer Iron.

Last year we bought a log home and our furniture just did not fit. In the dining room we had a table made, but didn't know
where to go from there. We found Travis and he designed benches and a sideboard for us. They are unique, one of a kind, fit beautifully in the room and we love the whole look.
Everyone who comes in makes comments about what a great room we have. It was also fun to get to know Travis and Shoshanna. Thanks Travis.
